DATA CROSS-REFERENCE REPORTS

Data Cross-Reference Reports contains reports for Data Cross-Reference Function. It is opened from Data Cross-Reference Function. Only a few examples of reports are shown. Many additional reports could be developed based on an organization’s needs and added to the Data Resource Guide.

Data Product Set can have one level of subordinate Data Product Set Variation, Data Product Unit can have one level of subordinate Data Product Unit Variation, and Data Product Code can have one level of subordinate Data Product Code Variation as described in Data Resource Data and Data Resource Understanding.

All Data Cross-Reference Reports display only data relative to data cross-references between Data Product Data and Common Data. Otherwise the reports could show large quantities of data that are not relevant to any cross-referencing. Each organization can change the Data Cross-Reference Report specifications to meet their needs.

All Data Cross-Reference Reports select a specific Data Product for the Data Product Data and a specific Data Subject for the Common Data. Otherwise the reports could be exceptionally long and difficult to interpret. Each organization can change the Data Cross-Reference Report specifications to meet their need.
